8 Channel Relay Module

  1. Begin by locating the installed lighting modules and identify the module that is not functioning.
  2. Inspect the displayed LED lights and compare them to the grid provided below. If there are no lights on the relay module, verify the associated lighting breaker in the distribution board to ensure it has not tripped.

During normal operation, the indicator lights on the front of the 8-Channel Adaptive Phase Relay communicate the status of the device.

  1. To reboot the relay and clear any faults, press the channel 1 button, CH1, 15 times in quick succession. Alternatively, you can press the reset button with a paper clip to reboot the module. The relay will power down and then power back up.
  2. Allow 2 minutes for the relay to fully reboot and connect, then test the lighting circuits to ensure they are operational.
  3. If this does not resolve the fault, you can attempt the following option: Press and hold the Module Override and then press the reset button using a paper clip. The module should begin to reboot and factory restore itself. Please allow 5 minutes for the module to reset and come back online. Only perform this step once.
  4. Should the issue persist, please contact support and provide the observations you have made from the LED lights. This will help expedite the resolution process.
