Every project starts with a friendly, no-pressure phone call. We’ll talk through your goals, get a feel for your home and lifestyle, and advise whether a smart home solution is the right fit.

This isn’t a sales call - it’s a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re the right team for your project.
On-Site Visit

We see the space. You ask the questions.

If we’re a good match, we’ll arrange a home visit. This lets us understand your layout, wiring, and preferences - and gives you time to explore ideas and options with us in person.

It also allows us to spot any potential challenges and plan your system the right way from the very beginning.
Detailed Proposal

Beautifully presented. Clearly explained.

After the visit, we’ll send a professional, interactive online quote - complete with product images, system diagrams, and tailored recommendations.

Everything is laid out clearly, so you know exactly what’s included, what’s optional, and what to expect.
Approval, Deposit & Agreement

Once you're happy, we get to work.

If you choose to go ahead, we’ll take a deposit and send you a simple, straightforward agreement to sign.

Just a shared understanding of what we’re delivering and when.
Project Delivery

Smart tech, installed the smart way.

We schedule your installation with care, work discreetly and respectfully, and keep you informed at every step. Our work is clean, considered, and completed to the highest standard - no cut corners, no rushed jobs. And because we plan properly, we minimise disruption and get it right the first time.
Handover & Completion

Everything wrapped up - and still right at your fingertips.

Once your installation is complete, we run a full handover with you - walking through how the system works, confirming your key settings, and making sure you’re 100% happy.

You’ll also receive access to our private client app, where you can:

- View documents, drivers & system serials
- Track project notes and updates
- Submit support tickets
- Receive tips & updates for your setup

We include 60 days of complimentary post-install support, and after that you can choose between:

- A Support Plan for peace of mind and priority access
- Pay-As-You-Go support if you prefer occasional help as needed

All support requests are logged via our ticketing system - so nothing’s missed, and you’re always in the loop.
